Moscow Exchange IFRS net profit jumps 64% to 14 bln rbl in Jul–Sep
MOSCOW, Nov 13 (PRIME) -- The net profit of the Moscow Exchange jumped by 63.9% on the year to 14.28 billion rubles in July–September, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the bourse said in a statement on Monday.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) soared by 72.8% to 20.58 billion rubles.
At the same time, the bourse’s adjusted net profit increased by 29.3% on the year, while adjusted EBITDA gained 39.5%, the Moscow Exchange said.
The commission income of the bourse rose by 60.9% on the year to 14.37 billion rubles in the period, while the interest and other financial income grew by 21.8% to 11.21 billion rubles. Other operating income fell by 13.1% to 22.5 million rubles. Operating costs went up by 37.7% to 7.42 billion rubles.
